Description

Our range of manual and automatic foil slitting is extensively used for rewinding and slitting of films made of PP, PVC, PE and BOPP. This array of slitting equipment is also suitable for slitting kraft paper, PSP paper, aluminum film and EVA material. This slitting system is equipped with advanced features like automatic material feeding system, self regulated side material exhausting arrangement, easy to operate human machine interface, easy to install razor blade and circle blade and mechanical edge correction regulation function. Rewinding mechanism of its double shaft works in horizontal direction. Offered foil slitting machine can be accessed in different motor speed, roller diameter and central engine power based options. Automatic tension controlling arrangement and auto counting function of this slitting machine deserve special mention. Rolls that need to be slit can be adjusted to avoid their deviation in horizontal and in vertical directions.
